How it works...hard to explain, but I'll try :)
Hold the hair in one hand and place the ring on the hair you want to secure. Hold everything in place with one hand. Take the stick with your other hand and poke inside the circle on one side. You want to put it under the hair, as close to the scalp as possible. Finally, the stick should exit from the top of the ring on the other side. The pressure of the hair will hold everything in place, so the more hair you grab, the better.
