  Do you still use expensive equipment to weld aluminum parts? Today we came up with the easiest way to solder aluminum parts to save you money and time. No expensive equipment is required. All you need is a propane burner and some Hirundo Fuse electrodes.
• YOU DON'T NEED SOLDERING POWDER
  o flux or steam is needed (but if you think it will work better, you can use some flux). These electrodes form strong joints that are stronger than the major metals and can connect thin and thick parts. Its corrosion resistance is excellent, with little or no deformation of the original material.
• LONG SERVICE LIFE
  Suitable for welding or coating welding on alloy surfaces with high strength, good forgeability and corrosion resistance.
• LIGHT WEIGHT AND SMALL SIZE
  very easy to fold and transport

Using Methods

• Brush the base with a stainless steel brush until it shines, and thoroughly clean the area to be welded. The area to be welded is then evenly heated.
• During heating, rub the rod firmly on the heated area until the rod begins to flow.
• Note: Do not heat the electrode directly, as it will crack, and if you manage to melt the electrode directly, the welding will easily crack. Keep in mind that melting the electrode directly is not the correct method and will cause welding debris.
